New SowSafe – keeping children safer

There is always a danger of falls onto a play surface when children are enjoying themselves on playground equipment, so it’s reassuring to know you can help to minimise the risk of them hurting themselves with our playground safety surface, SowSafe.

When finding a safety surface is your priority, Sow Safe is an exciting new artificial grass product which offers you peace of mind as well as a practical solution that’s easy to maintain and mud-free all year round.

SowSafe comes with a Certification of Compliance up to 2.1 metres, which means it can be used with playground equipment with a platform up to that height. Pads placed under the safety surface create a softer landing. Please see the table below to check how many pads would be needed, depending on the height of your play equipment.

Please note that Sowgreen, when installed normally with no pads, will give a degree of shock absorbency suitable in most day to day situations (see illustartion below).
